Lighthouse tower - Remove 32 no existing GRP panels and any cracked or damaged panes in the tower lantern, and replace with new clear plate glass. Remove M-brace matting wrap around the murrette wall and re-point murrette. Replace existing 4 no glass brick windows with timber frame windows and install ingoe fixed storm windows. Remove existing asbestos coating from quarterdeck roof where possible and apply Tor Elastaseal mat and coatings.Ex-keepers accommodation - Install steel security gates on three doors and steel shutters on one external door and all windows. External - Install concrete base and self bunded 5000 litre fuel tank.
