Council planning record

Construction of a new biofertilser storage lagoon. The lagoon will be constructed by cut and fill methods i.e. the excavated material will be used to build up the embankments in order to contain the liquid digestate. A impermeable liner will be installed inside the Lagoon to prevent any leaching. The embankments will be seeded over, and a stock proof fence erected around the perimeter. A hardcore area (20m x 15m) will be constructed to the south of the lagoon to facilitate filling and discharging operations. The lagoon will be used to store PAS 110 certified liquid digestate, which will then be spread on the crop/grassland.
