Proposed refurbishment works incorporating an external wall insulation system (EWI) to be carried out on six existing blocks of flats at Oakley Way, Caldicot. Further works include removal of existing chimney stacks, replacing existing windows with new, replacing existing rainwater goods, facia' s, and soffit boards, removal of concrete window boxes and replacing of balcony guarding, handrails, balusters with new. Existing roof covering including roof finishes and any defective timber elements to be replaced with new. New proposed canopy roof structure to be integrated into the main entrances on five of the six blocks of flats.
