Application overview
House type E to be enlarged (wider frontage only, no change to gable depth) and curtilage of each unit to be enlarged (providing greater private amenity spaces). The layout of the house type remains the same, except slightly larger window to front elevation and roof construction changed to hipped roof. By moving / enlarging the sites we also enlarge the private amenity spaces to sites 9 and 10. Site nos. 16 and 17 have been removed and will be included in a future application for the next phase of development
