Works to tree - T1 Lime - Remove epicormic growth on the property side of the lower section of the tree (Retain epicormic growth over the neighbours property for screening). Reduce the upper lateral branches on the tree by upto 2 metres to reduce overhang on the garden. Remove deadwood 3cm+ in diameter on the garden side of the tree.
