Non-material amendment to 19/00563/FUL for replacement dwelling and retention of existing garage/workshop and ancillary works (part retrospective) - 1. Insert 5 Velux windows in the rear (north) roof of the house as a substitute for the previously approved bespoke glazing. Each Velux window to measure 780mm by 1800mm; and 2. Tile course along roof edge below Velux windows to visually improve this detail and 'hide' the supporting steel lintel.
