Variation of condition 4 on application 14/01690/OUT appeal decision APP/J1860/W/15/3032644 from “No other development shall commence until visibility splays have been provided from a point 0.9m above ground level at the centre of the access to the site and 2.4m back from the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway (measured perpendicularly) for a distance of 43m in each direction along the nearside edge of the adjoining carriage way from the access in both directions entirely on land owned or controlled by the appellant or the local highway authority. Nothing shall be planted, erected and/or allowed to grow within the visibility splays which would obstruct the visibility described above.” to “Before any other works hereby approved are commenced, visibility splays shall be provided from a point 0.6m above ground level at the centre of the access to the application site and 2.4 metres back from the near side edge of the adjoining carriageway, (measured perpendicularly), for a distance of 23 metres to the north and 25 metres to the south measured along the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway . Nothing shall be planted, erected and/or allowed to grow on the triangular area of land so formed which would obstruct the visibility described above."
