Open cut on the gas main located in the footpath to install circa 42m of new in-ground down to the side and rear elevation, installation of one new gas valve down the side and rear elevation, and installation of one below ground connection from the existing gas main in Lambeth Road through the pavement to the south elevation of the building. Installation of x2 manifold of meter boxes at the rear elevation (1 manifold containing 4 meter boxes, the other 2 meter boxes). All new installed rise manifold pipework to be painted black on bare brick, or painted to match the colour of painted surfaces and labelled. External meter boxes to be installed for all 6 flats.
