This oak tree belongs to the owner of house no 31 Elmhurst Drive Hornchurch which is backing on my garden and all branches have over grown and hanging over my lawn area where my little grand children play and as mentioned earlier lot of large branches have fallen on my lawn which is dangerous for my young children if the owner agrees she can get rid of the tree and we can replace with one ash in the same position
