Application overview
I have a Walnut tree in my garden which has a preservation order on it. It has become quite overgrown and needs to be cut back. It is blocking a lot of light and is overhanging the pavement/road which created a lot on slippery leaves on the pavement and road last year during the autumn period. I have a tree surgeon who is able to cut the tree back in July ( Steve Jacovou who has cut the tree before) and I would like to sort out the paperwork now in preparation for July.
