The change is required is required for a mitigation measure to improve the balcony as remove any possible issue of a glass panel shattering. P1918.11 Conditions(s) Condition 5 - This condition relates to the materials and was already discharged ref: Q0034.13 dated 10th January 2014. Please see attached the original decision notice and discharge approval for your reference. I have also included the decision notice for the replacement cladding received last year. We are proposing to replace the glass panels with perforated metal panels by Graepel Perforations Ltd.
