Variation of condition 4 of P2045.08 to say: Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) the use hereby permitted shall be a warehouse (non-food retail use) with an ancillary sales counter/showroom only and shall be used for no other purpose(s) whatsoever including any other use in Class B8 of the Order, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
