(T1) 1 X Cherry Tree - Remove down to ground level and re plant with a new Cherry Tree. Leaning and growing into the adjacent garages in which residents park their cars, unfortunately the tree is causing damage to the guttering and roof causing leaks within the garages itself. The tree also seems to have outgrown its position, a reluctant removal plan however we would like to insure you we wish to re plant a like for like Cherry Tree. I will attach pictures of the tree in question to this application
