Amalgamation of 2no. existing self-contained residential flats into a single family dwellinghouse; erection of a rear roof extension, erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition; installation of 3no. rooflights to the front roof slope; reinstatement of the original-style pitched roof over the bay window to the front elevation at first floor level; removal of the remaining side roof slope of the existing back addition at second floor level to form a flat roof enclosed with a metal balustrade, in connection with the creation of a roof terrace; and installation of French doors in the rear elevation of the proposed rear extension at second floor level, to provide access to the proposed roof terrace.
