Non-material amendments to planning permission reference: 2024/03249/FUL dated 6th February 2026 for the "Change of use and refurbishment of the existing office building (Class E) to create a 45-bedroom care home for older people (Class C2); alterations to the façades including removal of ducts on the south and east elevations, alterations to ground floor openings, changes to window sizes at first, second and third floor levels, replacement of sections of curtain walling, provision of replacement roof plant and photovoltaic panels; and associated cycle parking, car parking and landscaping." Amendments sought relate to internal changes to the floorplans and external changes to the façades and roof level of the building, to facilitate the implementation of the approved change of the use of the building to a care home.
