External alterations to include replacement of part of the glass panels of the existing window frames with ventilation louvered panels (Wt1a and Wt2a), and installation of frosted film to the glass panels of the existing window frame (Wt1b) to the north-eastern elevation at ground floor level, internal alterations at ground floor level to include, conversion of the existing classroom, lobby and dish-wash room into kitchen facilities involving partial demolition of the existing lobby and dish-wash room partition walls, removal of modern radiators, removal of existing door and block-up doorway to the south-eastern corner of the proposed kitchen, new full-height partition walls; new fire rated wall and fire rated shutter; and associated alterations.
