Application overview
External alterations to include: replacement of existing roof coverings and roof system with new roof covering and roof system (in varying heights) comprising of new replacement felt to all roofs; replacement of external awnings with new electronically operated awnings; replacement of existing glass with slim double glaze or laminated within the existing crittall metal frame; replacement of existing steel frame (to later extensions) with new steel frame and double-glazing system; replacement of existing rooflights with new safety glass in existing frame and new rooflight to replace modern rooflight; refurbishment and replacement of existing rainwater goods; installation of anchor points and a horizontal lifeline system to provide safe access to roof; Internal alterations to include: installation of new internal blinds comprising of white blackout fabric to replace the existing black fabric; associated internal and external alterations.
