External alterations to include: Erection of a smoke shaft at roof level, removal of the external stair and louvres at ground floor level, installation of new doors and window openings, erection of new balustrades in connection with the formation of roof terraces at upper floor levels to western elevation of the building; removal of external utility stairs and replacement of existing railings with new railings at fifth floor level to the southern elevation; installation of a new aov to 1no window at fourth floor level to the northern elevation; associated external alterations.
