Non-material amendments to planning permission reference: 2022/00737/FUL dated 10th May 2022 for the "Erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side of the existing back addition; demolition of the existing single storey rear extension and formation of a door opening in the rear elevation with the installation of bi-folding doors; excavation of part of the rear garden to form a lightwell, in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement." Amendments sought are the substitution of GRP roof covering to the flat roof of the extension, in lieu of mastic asphalt; and substitution of 1no. rooflight to the flat roof, in lieu of 2no. rooflights shown in the application.
