Variation to wording of condition 6 (Tree Protection Plan) of planning permission ref: 2024/02792/FUL granted 21st February 2025 for the 'Erection of a single storey rear extension' to read as follows: 'Prior to the commencement of the development, a tree protection plan showing adequate measures to protect the one established tree (cherry) along the north boundary of the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the council. The approved tree protection measures shall be carried out in full for the duration of the construction works'.
