Non Material Amendment to Condition 39 (Circular Economy Statement) of planning reference 2024/4662/P dated 06/08/25 for variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission reference 2023/2510/P dated 07/03/24, namely: to reflect proposed changes to the ground floor and basement (levels 1 and 2) layout, including a revised servicing strategy and associated alterations to entrances; alterations to core layout at upper floors; and changes to the elevations across the upper floors of 1 Museum Street including changes to the floor levels, additional glazing to the facade, introduction of inset terraces at levels 7, 10 and 15 and openable vent panels and revised BMU layout at roof level. NAMELY: The reinstatement of the wording of Condition 39 in line with the original planning permission (ref: 2023/2510/P) is requested to ensure the S73 permission (ref: 2024/4662/P): Reflects the approval of the updated details submitted under this application in respect of Condition 39 and enables details to be re-discharged in respect of pre-implementation works, should this be required in the future; and Allows for the submission and approval of post-construction details prior to the occupation of each permitted building.
