Third (Top Floor) - Remove of existing plasterboard ceiling and reinstatement of new plasterboard ceiling. Reinstate the non-working fireplace for use by a gas fire. Remove and replace all existing sanitaryware, tiling and flooring in the third-floor bathroom.
