Removal of Condition No. 11 of planning permission 19/78/03293 dated 23 February 1979 (for demolition of existing annexe and erection of new Church Hall, detached Presbytery and garage, and car parking spaces) to allow use/occupation of the dwellinghouse not for purposes within Class XIII of the Use Classes Order 1972 i.e. not for 'Use as a building for public worship or religious instruction or for the social or recreational activities of the religious body using the building'.
