To verify the support condition of the external bressummer beam supporting the south wall of the first floor gate house through careful opening up5. Roof repairs6. Replacement of defective render to the gables of the gatehouse over the East and West ranges7. External redecoration of southern elevation8. Replacement of rotten and defective timer frame to North elevation9. Isolated bricks/replacement, where bricks are missing together with localised re-pointing of defective mortar10. Removal of asbestos boarding and reinstatement of soffit.
