T1 Mature Beech on left side of lawn - Prune out dead branches. T2 Declining Red Oak in middle of lawn - Prune out deadwood and reduce the remaining crown by 4-5m in height and 3m in spread (to leave the height at approx. 14-15m and average spread of 5m, approx). H1 Holly hedge on right boundary - Reduce in height by 2-3m, leaving the hedge at approx. 4m in height. Remove 1 stem growing close to the footway alongside the house.T3 Lawson Cypress within holly hedge - Reduce the lateral spread toward the house by 1-2m approx. to maintain clearance.
