Planning conditions
  1. The authority must be notified as soon as the replacement trees have been planted.
  2. The consent is valid for a period of two years only from the date of this notice and must be renewed if not implemented within that period.
  3. All works shall be carried out by an appropriately experienced and qualified tree surgeon.
  4. Replacement tree/s are to be planted as per the following specification: Number: Seven Species: Oak, Beech, Pine Size: Standard
  5. Planting of replacement trees to be carried out by the end of the next tree planting season: 31 March 2027.
  6. Planting of replacements must either correspond to the position of W1 of TPO: C11
  7. Replacement trees are to be adequately protected until established.
  8. Any trees that die or are found to be defective, damaged or missing within 5 (FIVE) years of this notice shall be replaced at the landowners expense.
