Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in conformity with the following submitted plans and details: - Location Plan - Drawing no. 01 (as built plans) and 02 (as built elevations) - Amended Design and Access Statement Rev. B. dated April 2026 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
  2. The external eaves lighting installed in the eaves of the extension and the eaves of the dormer window shall be removed within four months of the date of this permission. Thereafter, no further external lighting shall be installed to the extension hereby permitted and dormer window unless first submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of the character an appearance of the area and local residential amenity in accordance with Policies 01 and 06 of the Lake District National Park Local Plan 2020-2035, the Design Code SPD and the NPPF.
  3. Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Article 35(2) statement. The Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner by seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to dealing with the application by asking the applicant to amend the eaves lighting to satisfy the Good Lighting TAN and amend inconsistencies on the drawings; and in accepting amended documents to remove the eaves lighting and provide clarification.
