- The works hereby granted consent shall not be carried out otherwise than in conformity with the following submitted plans and details: - MA/CO/35272.Rev1 (Conservatory Specifications) - Location Plan - Heritage, Design and Access Statement REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
- The works hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of THREE years from the date hereof. REASON: Imposed in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
- Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Article 35(2) statement. The Local Planning Authority did not identify problems arising in relation to dealing with the application.
- Notwithstading the proposed works shown on drawing no. 135/02/01 Rev. U (Proposed Plans and Elevations), listed building consent is granted for the sunroom only. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
