The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in conformity with the following submitted plans and details: - Location Plan - SLP (Proposed Site Plan) - 01 (Proposed Site Plan and ASHP Enclosure Plan & Elevations) - Flood Risk Assessment - ASHP Specification Sheet REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
  3. Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Article 35(2) statement. The Local Planning Authority did not identify problems arising in relation to dealing with the application.
