Decision NoticePlanning conditions
- The works hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of THREE years from the date hereof. REASON: Imposed in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
- The works hereby granted consent shall not be carried out otherwise than in conformity with the following submitted plans and details: Drawing no. D 07 - Window Details Drawing no. D 05 - Site Plan Drawing no. D 02b - Proposed Floor Plans Drawing no. D 04b - Proposed Elevations Drawing no. D 08a - Proposed Section Amended Heritage, Design and Access Statement Rev B REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
- All new window frames hereby permitted shall be hand painted white (not factory finished) within six months of the date of installation. REASON: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy 07 of the Lake District National Park Local Plan 2020-2035 and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework.
- Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Article 35(2) statement. The Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner by seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to dealing with the application by reducing the number of windows proposed for replacement.
