The property has an existing driveway and a standard single pedestrian footpath at the front. The proposed works involve lowering the existing kerbs to create a vehicle crossover, allowing vehicles to access the existing driveway from the highway. The front entrance and affected section of pavement will be re-levelled and re-tarmacked as required, leaving a safe, even and suitable surface for pedestrian access. No new driveway, buildings or streets are proposed, and the existing driveway layout will remain unchanged. All works will be carried out subject to the relevant highway authority's approval and requirements.
