External alterations to the front elevation, including ; 1/ Installation of a solar tube to the main roof to provide natural daylight to the internal stairwell. 2/ Alteration of the existing ground floor flat-roof to form a hipped pitched roof ,including Sun Tunnel to give daylight to entrance lobby. 3/ Application of self-coloured scratched render to window aprons and existing ground floor elevations. 4/ Replacement of the existing ground-floor windows with a tilt-and-turn egress window to living room and side hung casement to Study. 5/ External low energy 'Smart' lighting upgrade to existing GU10 fittings.
