Application overview
EL:97/28 - Copperbeech. T5. Removal of the lowest two branches on the south side of the trunk. This will allow a cable to be run from the house to the telegraph pole. BT are compulsorily introducing digital voice. They have a duty of care to my Mother as she needs her emergency personal alarm to allow her to remain safe in her home. They are unable to run a cable underground as the tree is in the way and have requested the two lower branches of the tree, on the south side of the trunk. Each branch ( laterals) come directly out of the tree trunk (1 st order). The lower of the two branches has a small lateral twiggy branch which would be removed at the same time.
