Removal of conditions 9, 13, and 30 (as duplicated conditions) and variation of conditions 1, 2, 3, 14, 20, 25 and 29 and regarding reserved matters, access and layout, open space, landscaping and drainage of outline consent 2/2012/0784 for residential development.
