Variation of condition Nos. 2, 4, 7, 11 and 13 of planning permission 2015/0391/F to include amendments to the building siting due to footpath area reduction; relocation of ground floor plant area to roof and revisions to external appearance (Condition No. 2); revised Written Scheme of Investigation (Condition No. 4); details for the management of the construction phase of development (Condition No. 7); boundary details to include proposed permanent and temporary fence design and the mechanisms for controlling future boundary details and removal of temporary fencing (Condition No. 11); and, to control the proposed scheme of surface water drainage (Condition No.13). Removal of Condition Nos. 3, 8 and 16 to agree the Level 3 Analytical Report (Condition No. 3); materials as these are referred to on the approved plans (Condition No. 8) and removal of Condition No. 16 referring to future drainage as this is included in the variation to Condition No. 13.
