Variation of Condition 2 (plans) and 3 (stone sample panel) of 20/01798/F - The condition states that the rear extension is to be constructed from stone, approved from a sample panel. This did not occur and the extension was constructed from recon stone in contrary to the planning breaking condition 3. Under pre-app it was agree that the a solution would be to render the extension and the extension of 25A in a Soft Earth GM render
