Part change of use from three residential flats with garages to two residential flats with parking spaces and new veterinary practice comprising of one consulting room, imaging, operating and treatment areas, along with waiting rooms, animal wards and administration areas. The existing garages and ground floor flat are to be converted to be used as the veterinary practice with the existing first floor flats remaining unaltered except for their main access being moved to the rear of the building.
