While the property was rented out between 1988 and 2026, the residents/management company failed to maintain the assigned garage space resulting in a tree self seeding and growing in the space, uplifting the entrance to the garage space and breaking the fence between the garage space and the adjoining property space. The request is to remove the tree to allow the garage space to accessed and used for parking for the property (this is the primary parking space for the property).
