There is insufficient space to replant. T10: English Oak; T11: Mimosa - Both of these trees are very suppressed by other better trees. The removal of these poor-quality trees will benefit the area and allow surrounding greenery to flourish and mature. There is insufficient space to replant. T14: Scots Pine - Fell. The main stem of this tree has extensive decay ingression. This decay coupled with the very sparse canopy suggests that it's now time to fell this tree for safety reasons. T16: English Oak - Crown lift to 4m above ground level in order to provide unimpeded access to the garden. T17: Lawson Cypress - Fell. Multi-stemmed above compression fork at c. 5m above ground level. This tree has limited prospects due to it's proximity to the house. This tree cannot be seen from any public view point. T18: Lawson Cypress - Fell. This tree is interfering with a better formed and longer lived oak tree. The removal will allow the suppressed tree to develop fully. There is insufficient space to replant. T19: Western Red Cedar - Fell. Inappropriately located too close to the house. Replace with a native tree such as a silver birch T23: Maritime Pine - Crown lift to 5.5m above ground level to allow vehicles access to the property without damage. Remove deadwood larger than 50mm in diameter T25: Lawson Cypress - Fell due to poor form and physiological condition. There is insufficient space to replant.
