Cracks had appeared in both party walls some time ago, but are now becoming too much of a concern, and it's been agreed with the neighbours to repair these before further damage is done. It is hoped this can be done before bad weather risks further damage or a collapse. A tree surgeon has surveyed the situation and neighbours have given access permission for the trees to be removed safely.
