Application overview
Removal of roller shutter and loading bay for replacement with a smaller pedestrian door, accessed via new access ramp. Door to be glazed aluminium with a half leaf. Existing window to be blocked up to match existing blockwork amongst rest of the facade and new extract ductwork and louvres to be installed to serve laboratory equipment. New extract fan to sit on external facade with 315mm diameter ductwork extending 3000mm above roof level.
