Internal and external alterations to include fitting new window aluminium frame and to kitchen area, new roof light above the kitchen window, new roof covering to the kitchen roof, new window to alcove in rear room next to the chimney breast, existing opening widened between rear room and kitchen area, existing doorway widened and new lintel added above with aluminium crittal style door installed, chimney to be opened and new burner installed with flue added, external walls to the rear and boundary wall to have the paint removed and cleaned.
