Application overview
Reform front entrance steps to provide easier going. Infill garage door with blockwork and window so that garage can be used as internally accessed store room (not to be converted to habitable standard). Extend paved driveway to the side of the garage using permeable paving. Relocate side access door to the rear elevation. Open up ground floor internally, including removal of chimney breast, to form kitchen/dining room, utility room and WC. Remove chimney breast from Bedroom 2 and form en-suite WC. (Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Use).
