Planning application documents: what to read first
Understand planning application documents, officer reports and decision notices. Use a reading checklist, document table and worked example to inspect a case.
Application overview
Ash (T1) - remove the two lateral branches on the north side. Laburnum (T2) - remove to ground level. Conifer (T3) - reduce the height by two meters to match the yew. Prune in the lateral growth over the driveway by around thirty centimetres to leave a balanced shape. Bay tree (T4) - reduce the height by 1.5 meters.
