Restoration of semi-derelict western end of the house to include; the removal of a proportion of the billiards room, the creation of a new opening between the former kitchen and billiards room. Creation of two new openings to former billiards room and reinstatement of window to former kitchen. Removal of the external screen wall. Removal of boiler house and insertion of new window.
