Description: Previously granted permission to raise the canopy of the Copper Beech Tree by 8m (and ensure 2-3m clearance from structure), in September 2019. After further consultation with a tree surgeon the approved canopy raising will still leave the house at risk and would mean having to apply for further works in the near future. New proposal to raise the canopy by 12m and ensuring clearance from the house is 6-7m to avoid applying for further works.
