Description: The large willow in rear garden has outgrown it's emplacement, and at the beginning of August the main leader snapped out, with a large part landing in next door's garden. The rest of the snapped portion is still wedged in the crown: Remove entirely, or at least pollard at the first union. AMENDED SPECC 4/10/17 PC Create new pollard points at 8-10m ht, assess site of fracture and prune accordingly.
