Non-material amendment following grant of M/103/20/HH for the change roofing material on the northeast wing renovation from Corten steel to black coated corrugated steel; change the position of the stove and chimney in the northeast wing from the centre of the sitting room east wall to be in the northeastern corner of the room; Include an additional stove in the kitchen/dining area to the left of the french doors on the courtyard side; Reduce number of skylights in the kitchen on the west side from 3 to 2 and change the dimensions of all kitchen skylights from 150x150cm to be 134cm width x 140cm length; Reduce the length and position of the window running down the side of the front door in the courtyard from full length to more standard window dimensions, matching the guest bedroom length at the east end of the building.
